Human Rights Day used to call for reform of coercive mental health practices

People from the UK's African Caribbean communities routinely detained in the most secure parts of the mental health system and subject to the most coercive treatment. This year's Human Rights day is being used to call for reforms to end the over use of force through restraint, seclusion and over medication that this group are routinely subject to.
