Staffing levels in mental health trusts raises concerns over patients' welfare

Alarming new data reveals that 13 out of 32 mental health trusts are failing to meet official Department of Health rules on staffing levels, raising fears about the wellbeing and treatment of vulnerable patients, particularly in high secure wards where communication with the outside world is often restricted.
