The stark numbers of people from the UK's African Caribbean communities who are detained in psychiatric care has led to calls from health campaigners for proper scrutiny of Health Secretary Jeremy Hunt's revelation that 5,000 people have been wrongly sectioned under the Mental Health Act over the past 10 years.
