Duggan shooting:parliament debates intercept evidence in courts

The police shooting of father-of-two Mark Duggan has led to a parliamentary debate set to be held today over the bar of the use of intercept evidence in a coroners hearing which, if not overturned, could prevent an inquest into his death.
