Rev Jessie Jackson launches StopWatch campaign to end racist use of police stop and search powers

US civil rights campaigner Rev. Jessie Jackson has launched a new campaign to end the continued abuse of stop and search powers that have resulted in black people being 26 times more likely to be stopped by the police than their white counterparts.
