European ruling on innocent DNA welcomed as breakthrough for Briton’s civil liberties

Today's ruling by the European Court of Human rights that two innocent British men should not have their DNA and fingerprints held by the police has been welcomed as a breakthrough for justice by human rights, and race equality campaigners.
